Services at Eight Rivers Integrative Medicine including intake, medical history, review of systems, physical exams, consultation, and treatment are now covered by North Shore Naturopathic Health Care. Membership is $65 per month for individual membership and $90 per month for family membership. This covers 80% of the cost of visits, unlimited visits. Yearly membership fee, if received as a onetime payment in advance is $700 per year for the individual membership and $950 per year family membership. The 20% co-pay is due at the time of visit.There is  $450 deductible.

For SSI recipients cost is $45 per month for individual and $75 per month for family with no deductible and10% co-pay due at the time of the visit
